RAW Traveller Rewards

RAW Traveller Rewards is RAW Travel’s loyalty program for travellers who love walking holidays and cycling adventures. Every eligible booking helps you build your kilometres and unlock exclusive rewards.

There’s nothing to sign up for. Simply complete your first eligible RAW Travel trip and you’ll automatically become a Pathfinder, the first level of RAW Traveller Rewards.

RAW Traveller Rewards launches on September 1, 2026. Eligible trips completed from this date will begin earning kilometres achieved and be allocated the relevant reward level.

RAW Traveller Rewards is available to eligible RAW Travel customers who book and complete qualifying trips. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full eligibility details.

Your RAW Traveller Rewards discount is applied to the final payment of your next eligible booking with RAW Travel. Simply let our team know you’d like to redeem your reward when you book, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Travel Perks are an extra benefit for Trailblazer, Summit and Legend members, giving you a little more to put towards the practical extras that make travelling easier.

Each time you book an eligible RAW Travel trip, you’ll have a Travel Perks allowance based on your Rewards level:

• Trailblazer: up to $120* per trip
• Summit: up to $200* per trip
• Legend: up to $250* per trip

RAW Travel love to add a few surprises to our loyal travellers which can add a sense of delight whilst on the trail. As a Summit or Legends member, you can look forward to thoughtful extras along the way, chosen to make your RAW Travel experience that little bit more special. We won’t tell you exactly what to expect. After all, the best surprises are the ones you don’t see coming.

Most travel loyalty programs reward how much you spend. RAW Traveller Rewards recognises the journeys you’ve completed. Progress through the levels by either the number of trips you’ve taken or the kilometres completed at the end of a trip, while every eligible journey also supports carbon offsetting and charitable giving.

Every eligible booking with RAW Travel has a total number of kilometres attributed to it, based on the itinerary. Once your trip has been paid in full and you have completed your trip, those kilometres are added to your total, helping you progress through the RAW Traveller Rewards levels, ready for your next adventure.

Each eligible itinerary has a predetermined kilometre value based on the distance walked or ridden. Your kilometre balance is updated after you complete each qualifying trip.

Absolutely. Complete your first eligible RAW Travel trip and you’ll automatically become a Pathfinder, the first level of RAW Traveller Rewards. From there, every eligible trip helps you build your kilometres and unlock even greater rewards.

You’ll progress through the four RAW Traveller Rewards levels by reaching either the required number of eligible trips or the required kilometres. You only need to meet one of these milestones to unlock your next level, and we’ll always place you in the highest level you’ve earned.

Congratulations! If completing a single trip takes you beyond one or more levels, you’ll automatically be placed in the highest reward level you’ve earned.

We’ll keep track of your kilometres for you. Your current reward level and kilometre total will be available through your RAW Travel Destination Expert when you next go to book a trip, or simply email us at rewards@rawtravel.com

No. Your kilometres completed are exactly that. Every eligible trip you’ve completed with RAW Travel continues to count towards your reward level.

Most eligible RAW Travel walking and cycling trips earn kilometres. Some exclusions may apply. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions or contact our team if you’re unsure whether a trip qualifies.

Yes, all RAW Travel trips completed will earn RAW Traveller Rewards.

Kilometres are awarded individually, not per booking. Every eligible traveller who completes their trip will receive the kilometre value for that itinerary.

Kilometres are awarded once your eligible trip has been completed. If your booking is cancelled before travel and does not meet the program requirements, kilometres will not be awarded.

No. RAW Traveller Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Only one discount can be applied per booking per person.

As you progress through the RAW Traveller Rewards levels, you’ll unlock exclusive benefits including discounts on future trips, complimentary travel, charitable donations made on your behalf, carbon offsetting and other level-specific rewards.

When you book your next eligible RAW Travel trip, you’ll be invited to choose from our selected charity and community partners. We’ll make a $20 donation on your behalf.

Every trip you take with RAW Traveller Rewards also gives back. We have a long history of supporting charities, local communities and the environment through our B-Corp certification. When you book your next trip, you’ll be invited to select one of our five preferred charities or projects to support, so your adventures make a difference in the way that matters most to you.

We’ll offset the carbon footprint of your eligible RAW Travel trip through verified environmental projects at no additional cost to you. It’s one more way we’re working towards more responsible travel.

No. Our carbon offsetting covers the emissions from your trip activities only. It does not include flights or head office costs.
