Twice a year we travel around Australia and New Zealand to talk about a selection of our trips in major capital cities and regional centres. If you have ever wanted to experience an iconic walk with RAW Travel then you will want to attend one of these events. (We hope to return to these in 2023)
We guarantee a great night where you’ll be inspired by trip insights, videos and stunning images from our Destination Experts.
Our information nights are popular and book out quickly. Subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out.

Walk information sites
Walk information sites
If you’re thinking about taking on the challenge of an iconic walk, check out our dedicated websites for more information. We can put more depth of information on these for individual walks than we can on our main site. If you want to dig deeper and find out more check these out – guidebook recommendations, picture galleries, videos, maps, preparation resources and links to relevant sites and services.

Training days
'WALK & TALK' DAYS
We love to walk and we love to meet like-minded people and talk! On our ‘Walk and Talk’ days, you’ll meet other long-distance walkers and get to ask our Destination Experts lots of questions about your desired destination, pre-departure preparation and walking gear. The pace is generally relaxed so there is plenty of time to chat and ask us anything.
We have been running these training days for many years but our current staffing shortages have meant we have to postpone for now. But we look forward to getting back to them again!
