RAW Traveller Rewards

Terms and Conditions

Effective from: August 2026

RAW Traveller Rewards (“the Program”) is our way of recognising and rewarding loyal travellers. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Membership is free.
  • Customers are automatically enrolled after completing their first eligible RAW Travel trip.
  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over worldwide.

2. Earning Rewards
Reward levels are based on either:

  • the cumulative kilometres walked on eligible trips; or
  • the total number of eligible trips completed,
  • whichever qualifies the member for the higher level.

Kilometres and trip counts are only awarded once an eligible trip has been completed. Eligible trips include guided and self-guided walking and cycling holidays operated by RAW Travel, including eligible travel agent bookings. Cancelled bookings do not earn kilometres or trip credits.

3. Reward Levels
Members receive the benefits associated with their current Reward Level. Levels do not expire and members will retain their highest achieved level unless the Program is amended or discontinued.

4. Discounts

  • Loyalty discounts apply to new eligible bookings only.
  • Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person or applied retrospectively unless determined by RAW Travel.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or special unless expressly approved by RAW Travel.

5. Complimentary Trips

  • Complimentary trips, prize draws and milestone rewards are subject to separate eligibility criteria and availability.
  • Complimentary trips include the trip package only unless otherwise stated. Flights, travel insurance, visas, spending money and other personal expenses are not included.
  • Any complimentary trip must be taken within the period advised by RAW Travel and no part of the trip value can be exchanged for cash.
  • The value of the trip cannot be split between trips
  • Free trips for Summit and Legends can be transferred to another party

6. Donations and Carbon Offsetting
Where applicable, charitable donations and carbon offset contributions will be made by RAW Travel in accordance with the Program benefits. These benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

7. Non-Transferable
Reward levels, kilometres, trip credits and associated benefits belong solely to the individual member. They cannot be transferred, pooled or shared between people.

8. Historical Trips
RAW Travel may recognise eligible historical trips completed after October 2015 where sufficient records exist. Historical records are subject to verification and may not be available in all cases.

9. Account Accuracy
Members should notify RAW Travel if they believe their Reward Level is incorrect. RAW Travel reserves the right to verify travel history and correct any errors or omissions. Kilometres are calculated based on assumptions of the length of a given trip and therefore may not represent the precise kilometres of a trip taken with RAW.

10. Changes to the Program
RAW Travel may amend, suspend or withdraw the Program, Reward Levels, benefits or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect benefits already redeemed unless required by law.

11. General

  • Benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated.
  • Rewards are subject to availability.
  • RAW Travel reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership where it believes the Program has been misused or these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
  • Decisions made by RAW Travel regarding eligibility, Reward Levels and benefits are final.

12. Travel Perks

  • Travel Perks can be redeemed on selected eligible travel products and services offered or arranged by RAW Travel, which may include travel insurance, eSIMs and airport-to-city transfers
  • Redemption of a travel perk must be requested before travel
  • Travel Perks are limited to the value applicable to the member’s rewards level at the time of redemption
  • If the cost of the selected product or service exceeds the voucher value, the member is responsible for paying the difference
  • Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded or credited
  • The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The voucher is for the member’s personal use or for someone travelling with them on the same RAW trip
  • One Travel Perks voucher may be redeemed per member per trip
  • The voucher cannot be combined with another Travel Perks voucher
  • Products and services are subject to availability and any terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider
  • RAW Travel reserves the right to change the eligible products or services offered as part of Travel Perks
