Emma Steel

Emma is our Finance Manager. She grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and loves living by the beach and making the most of the beautiful area she lives in. Emma is an avid gardener and cat lover who enjoys good food and spending time with her family and friends.

Emma brings a wealth of financial experience and knowledge to RAW, having worked for many diverse businesses, including golf, racing, financial planning and not-for-profits. Before joining RAW, Emma was the Finance Manager for a local produce manufacturer for 5 years. One of her many strengths is setting up robust new financial management processes for businesses.

Emma is excited about joining the travel industry. One day she would love to see the Northern Lights and sleep in an igloo, and trek through Japan.
