Alyssa Era
Alyssa is part of the Customer Service team, with a special focus on the Camino de Santiago. With more than five years’ experience in customer service, mainly within the travel industry, she enjoys helping travellers feel informed, prepared and excited for their journeys.
Based in the Philippines, she grew up on the country’s largest lake island, where her love for nature and hiking first began. Although she completed her first hike in 2012, it quickly became a yearly tradition, especially during Good Friday, when she joined youth groups attending summer camps and mountain clean-up activities before heading back down the trail.
Outside work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, often heading to the lakeside for picnics and games. As an ambivert, she also values quiet moments listening to radio stories and music.
Her recent adventures include hikes to Mt. Kulis with the RAW Travel Philippines team and Mt. Tagapo with her husband and siblings.
One of her most memorable experiences was travelling solo to Australia in 2025, a journey she describes as both challenging and rewarding. Rappelling and more hiking adventures are next on her list.
