Rosalind is one of RAW Travel’s in-house Flights Specialists.

Rosalind developed a love of travel when she arrived in Australia aged 5. It was when she returned to the UK for a holiday at the age of 7 that she realised all she wanted to do was work in travel. Unfortunately, as she was ‘vertically challenged’ and was unable to be a flight attendant in Australia so she went and did what she thought would be the next best thing – become a travel agent.

Throughout her 15 years in the travel industry she has won many awards in her field and due to winning company incentives has experienced some amazing adventures to places.

Travel highlights include living in Japan as a teenager then re-visiting and travelling Japan with her 6-year-old daughter (best travelling companion so far!), feasting on the glorious food of Tasmania, crossing over from Vancouver on the ferry to the beautiful capital Victoria and going out to see the ‘killer whales’ in a speeding zodiac, and the cities of Los Angeles, Washington DC and New York City.

Rosalind has a wealth of knowledge on airfares and construction of these for you to get the best out of your trip. She also has great knowledge of many cities in the world. Ask her where the best place is to get a coffee in Barcelona, or where to stay near the airport in Geneva, or where to get on the train in Paris to get down to St Jean Pied-de-Port.

Rosalind’s futures travel plans include a journey on the Trans-Siberian Railway with her husband and kids in 2021, travelling to the Old City of Jerusalem, visiting family in South Africa, a mountain gorilla trek in Uganda, exploring the Florida Keys and Cuba, campervanning from Vancouver over the Rockies to Calgary, and having Christmas in Lapland.
