JR was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and has always been passionate about travel, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures.
He spent 7 years working as a Retail Sales Associate at Singapore Changi International Airport, where he gained extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced international travel environment. His time in Singapore played a key role in shaping his professional growth and broadening his understanding of global travellers and hospitality standards.
He always visits Singapore because it feels like a second home, having shaped both his personal growth and career. Now part of the RAW Travel, JR brings airline and travel experience to Raw travel and recently completed hikes including Alay Lakad and Mt Kulitis in the Philippines.
