Destination Specialist
Lucinda Cyran
Lucinda is a destination specialist for Japan, and also an artist, writer, hiker and avid traveller, having lived overseas twice in both Spain and the UK.
Lucinda has extensive experience within the travel industry, including in retail, touring, wholesale and operations. She has a passion for all things Japan, has travelled there twice, and loves the culture and history and special charm of the country and the cities.
Lucinda has travelled around the world and attended many music festivals. One of her most memorable and favourite experiences was in 2017 when she travelled to the Oregon Eclipse Festival in the USA to see the solar eclipse during its path of totality. This was followed by a trip to Mexico to spend her birthday at Frida Kahlo’s Blue House to finally see a piece of one of her biggest artistic influences.
In her downtime you will find Lucinda creating art. In particular, entomology art which involves the pinning and mounting of insect specimens, a skill she taught herself during Covid lockdown. She also paints, draws, writes and loves decorative furniture painting.
Her next big adventure is to Switzerland to visit a friend and hike the Alps.
