Kirsty Boston

Kirsty has been involved in the travel industry for more than 20 years, with a particular interest in adventure travel. She spent much of her career at Visit Victoria (State Government), where she was responsible for planning and hosting journalists on unforgettable trips around Victoria. The trips that brought her the most joy to curate were those centred around skiing and outdoor exploration.

Kirsty has also had significant roles at two major airlines, Virgin Australia and Ansett Australia, and has been involved in major events such as The Melbourne Commonwealth Games, the Sailing World Cup, and The Australian International Airshow.

Her passion for travel began early, sparked by cross-country skiing trips in New South Wales and long camping journeys with her family to the Wilson’s Promontory, where she developed a deep love for the ocean and the great outdoors. Kirsty’s travels have taken her far and wide, including a year-long exchange to Italy, where she backpacked across Europe at the age of 17. Her adventures have also led her to New Zealand, Bali, Thailand, Vanuatu and Hong Kong. She dreams of traveling to Japan and Vietnam in the future.

Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, Kirsty comes from an artistic background – her father, along with three other couples, founded the beloved Red Hill Markets in 1975. He also coined the iconic slogan: “Make it, bake it, breed it, or grow it”.

As an Operations Coordinator, Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the RAW team. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the travel experience runs smoothly, guaranteeing seamless and memorable journeys for all our clients.
