$1 deposits special offer
At this time of great uncertainty with travel we’d like to make it a little easier to still dream and plan your future trips. Starting from the 8th May to the 1st October 2020 you can book a RAW Travel website walking trip for just $1 instead of the usual $500* deposit. This means you can get the ball rolling with doing that trip you’ve always wanted to do with minimal outlay and risk on your part.
Our staff are ready to help plan your trip and advise you. We know there is a lot of people out there walking more than ever at the moment and this allows you to book well ahead and have ample time to prepare and train and most importantly savour and anticipate that prospect of adventure travel once more.
You only pay a $1 deposit for trips departing in 2020 or 2021 because we know a lot of you are really looking forward to getting out in the world again and we share that optimism and excitement. From 1st January 2021 we will invoice you at the remainder of the $500* deposit ( $499* with your $1 already paid), as the picture with international travel should be very clear by that time. And at 2 months before your departure for the remaining balance payment and all your arrangements are fully confirmed & any documents sent then, as per our usual procedure.
If Government restrictions don’t allow for any travel in your chosen destination at that time ( when the balance is due at 56 days prior to departure) then we will either postpone your trip or allow you to transfer to another destination and trip that has availability instead. We will of course keep you informed and updated in the meantime.

* Note – the usual deposit amount for Peru Lodge trips is $1000 so you will pay $1 deposit for the trip now and the remainder of the $1000 deposit ($999 with your $1 already paid) will be invoiced from 1st January 2021.
