This spectacular trek takes you through two of the most awe-inspiring mountain regions in the world, Everest and Annapurna, giving you 17 days of scenery, culture and architecture that is simply sublime. Plus of course some good old fashioned exercise in one of the most truly "breathtaking" workouts you'll ever have.

Cross time and cultures as you trek, immersing yourself in both Sherpa and Tibetan tradition. Visit sacred pilgrimage sites such as Muktinath, the ancient Bonpa monastery at Lupra and, perhaps the most photogenic monastery of them all, Thyangboche, perched in the shadows of Everest.

You'll see what all the tourist trails have to offer, but you'll also escape them. We'll duck away from the well trodden trekking routes and visit villages and local people that remain in a time all of their own. The insights you'll gain into the lives of these mountain villagers will be more stunning than any scenic landscape.

You'll sleep off the beaten track in beautiful, carefully chosen, eco-friendly, luxury lodges at the end of every day. • Day 2:
  Day hike to Champadevi (2278 mts/ 3-4 hrs).
• Day 3:
  Fly to Pokhara, 900m.
• Day 4:
  Fly to Jomsom, Trek to Kagbeni.
• Day 5:
  Day Excursion to Muktinath (3800m).
• Day 6:
  Excursion to old Bonpa village of Lupra (2960 m).
• Day 7:
  Fly to Kathmandu.
• Day 8:
  Day at Leisure in Kathmandu..
• Day 9:
  Flight to Lukla (2743m).
• Day 10:
  Trek to Monjo (2850m 5 -6 hrs.)
• Day 11:
  Trek to Tashinga (3450 m 5 /6hrs)..
• Day 12:
  Day excursion to Thyangboche Monastery (3,873 m 5 /6 hrs)..
• Day 13:
  Return to Monjo.
• Day 14:
  To Lukla via alternate route over the Gumila.
• Day 15:
  In Kathmandu.

  Departure.
